Love this piece by the Korean installation artist, Do Ho Suh creating a giant H.R. Giger-looking alien tail out of 98 men standing on top of each other. It’s c.7m in height bending into the sky. Great work sir!

Not that we’re obsessed with Clouds or anything but Dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde has developed a way to create clouds indoors by carefully regulating the space’s humidity, temperature and light. Pretty cool and recently named one of TIME magazine’s ‘Best Inventions of the Year 2012’.

We have had a lot of interest recently in our helicopter structures so we thought we’d share again our Falcon flown over the Meydan Stadium, Dubai. It was the finale to the opening ceremony, celebrating the new racecourse venue. Designed, fabricated and delivered by the team at NEWSUBSTANCE it was truly a world’s first and something we are very proud off. So proud we’re blogging about it!
